2. PERSONAL DATA

  1. Who is the controller of Users’ personal data?
    The controller of the User’s personal data is the Administrator.

  2. How to contact the Administrator?

  3. How do we obtain data about Users and their behaviour?
    a. Through information entered by the User into the contact form available on the Service. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent receiving a response to the inquiry submitted in the form.
    b. Through saving cookies (so-called “cookies”) on Users’ end devices.
    c. Through saving logs at the www server level.

  4. For what purposes and on what basis do we process data?
    a. Data provided to the Administrator via the contact form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, i.e. to respond to the inquiry sent. Contact with the User will take place by phone or e-mail. The legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – communication with Users.
    b. Data stored in cookies is processed for:

    • Statistical purposes, i.e. creating statistics to help understand how Users use the Service. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – improving the structure and content of the Service.

    • Marketing purposes, i.e. displaying tailored content to Users within advertising networks, in particular Google. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – presenting information about the Administrator’s services, including offers tailored to Users’ needs and interests, and increasing the Administrator’s service sales.
      c. Data stored in server logs is processed for technical purposes. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – ensuring proper operation of the Service.

  5. How long do we process personal data?
    a. Data provided in the contact form – for the time necessary to respond.
    b. In the case of cookies – until their expiration or deletion by the User.
    c. In the case of server logs – for 60 days.

  6. What rights does the User have?
    a. Right of access to personal data.
    b. Right to rectification of data.
    c. Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”).
    d. Right to restriction of processing.
    e. Right to data portability.
    f. Right to object.
    g. Right to withdraw consent (if processing is based on consent).
    h. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office).

  7. The Administrator does not carry out profiling in the Service that could result in decisions producing legal effects conce ing Users or significantly affecting them.

  8. The Administrator uses services of entities supporting its activities, including:
    a. Hosting provider.
    b. Providers of online tools used for marketing or analytical purposes, in particular Google*.

    • As a result, the User’s personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. An adequate level of protection is ensured by the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, as referred to in Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR.

  9. Data will not be shared with third parties, except where the Administrator may be obliged to disclose information collected by the Service to authorized bodies on the basis of lawful requests.

  10. The Administrator ensures confidentiality and security of the provided data:
    a. Collects personal data with due diligence and protects it from unauthorized access.
    b. Implements appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring adequate protection of personal data.

  11. The Administrator takes all necessary measures to ensure that entities supporting its activities also provide appropriate data security guarantees.

4. SERVER LOGS

  1. Independently of cookies, the Service automatically saves information sent by browsers during visits.

  2. Logs include:
    a. User’s IP address.
    b. Browser and operating system information.
    c. Referring URL.
    d. Amount of data transmitted.
    e. Date and time of access.

  3. Logs:
    a. Are aggregated and anonymous (not linked to individuals).
    b. Are stored on the server.
    c. Are used for server management, diagnosing problems, and generating statistics.
