1. Who is the controller of Users' personal data?
The Administrator is the administrator of the User's personal data.

3 How do we obtain data about Users and their behaviour?
a. Through the information entered by the User in the contact form available on the Website. The provision of data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data will make it impossible to obtain a response to the query made in the form.
b. By storing cookies (so-called "cookies") on terminal equipment.
c. By saving logs at the web server level.
4 For what purposes and on what basis do we use the data?
a. Data provided to the Administrator as part of the contact form shall be processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, i.e. responding to the submitted enquiry. Contact with the User will be made by telephone or e-mail. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing to realise the Administrator's legitimate interest - communication with Users.
b. Data stored in cookies is processed for purposes of:

c. Data recorded in server logs are processed for technical purposes. The legal basis for data processing is the necessity of the processing for the implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest - ensuring the correct operation of the Website.
5. For how long do we process personal data?

The data provided to the Administrator as part of the contact form are processed for the period necessary to respond to the enquiry sent in the form.

6. What rights does the user have?
a.Right of access to personal data: You have the right to request access to your personal data processed by the Administrator.
b.Right to rectification: the User has the right to request the Administrator to rectify, complete or update the personal data concerning him/her without delay.
c. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): the User has the right - provided that there are circumstances provided for by law - to request the Administrator to erase personal data concerning him/her. Depending on the situation: The Administrator shall carry out the erasure without delay or refuse to carry out this action if there are legal grounds for further processing of the User's data and these are overridden by the User's interests.

Right to restrict processing: You have the right to restrict the processing of your data. Processing may be restricted to fulfil only specific purposes.

Right to data portability: you have the right to receive your personal data in a commonly used machine-readable format and have the right to send this data to another entity.

Right to object: the User has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data based on the legitimate interests of the Administrator. In this case, the Administrator must stop processing the User's personal data unless the User demonstrates that there are valid, legitimate grounds for the processing which override the User's interests, rights and freedoms or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.

Right to withdraw consent: A user whose data is processed by the Administrator on the basis of an expressed consent has the right to withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before its withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: A user whose data is processed by the Administrator has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Poland, within the meaning of the RODO, the supervisory authority is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
(7) The Administrator informs that it does not profile Users on the Website, on the basis of which decisions could be made that produce legal effects for Users or affect them in a similarly significant manner.
(8) The Administrator informs that in connection with the Website it uses the services of entities supporting its activities, which include:
a. Hosting provider.
b. Providers of online tools used for marketing or analytical purposes, in particular Google*.
* Accordingly, your personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. An adequate level of protection of this data, including through the application of appropriate safeguards, is ensured by the application of the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission as referred to in Article 46(2)(c) of the RODO.
(9) Data will not be made available to third parties, except that the Administrator may be required to provide information collected by the Service to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests, to the extent of the request.
10 The administrator shall ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided to it:
a. Collects personal data with due care and protects it from unauthorised access.
b. Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure adequate protection of personal data.
(11) The Controller shall take all necessary measures to ensure that also the entities supporting his/her activities guarantee the application of appropriate security measures when processing data on behalf of the Controller.
3. COOKIES

Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular small text files that are stored on the User's terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone).

6 For what purposes do we access the information contained in cookies?
a. Analytical and statistical purposes, i.e. to create statistics showing how Users use the Website, which in turn enables the Administrator to improve the structure and content of the Website.
b. Remarketing, i.e. to display tailored material to the User on advertising networks, in particular the Google network.
7 How can cookies be managed?
a. Web browsers usually allow cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default.
b. If the User does not deactivate the use of cookies in the browser settings, this means that he/she consents to their use.
c. The User may independently and at any time change the settings of cookies in order to determine the principles of their storage and access to the device he/she uses. The User of the Service may change the settings of his/her browser - e.g. block the automatic handling of cookies or receive information about each time they are placed on his/her device.
d. The user can use the help tab of the browser they are using to find out how to manage cookies.
e. Cookies are used by advertising networks (in particular the Google network) to display advertisements tailored to the User's use of the Website. For this purpose, they may retain information about the User's navigation path or the time spent on a particular page. The User can view and edit his/her preference information, resulting from cookies and collected by the Google advertising network, using the tool available at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
f. The Administrator also uses cookies through the use of Google Analytics analytical and statistical tools. These services help the Administrator analyse traffic on the Website. In this way, it obtains information on visits to the Website, such as, inter alia: pages viewed, time spent on the Website, type of devices and browsers from which Users visit the Website, IP address, domain name and geographical and demographic data (age, gender, interests). This data is aggregated and anonymous, i.e. it does not contain identifying characteristics of visitors to the Website. 8 The Administrator informs that limiting or disabling the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.
4. SERVER LOGS
(1) Independently of cookies, the Website automatically saves on its server information transmitted by web browsers with each visit of the User.
The information referred to in paragraph 1 shall be recorded in the form of server logs containing:
a. User's IP address.
b. Information about the web browser and operating system the User is using.
c. The URL of a website previously visited by the User, if the Website was accessed via a link.
d. The amount of data transferred.
e. Date and time of access.

They are aggregated and anonymous, i.e., they are not associated with specific individuals browsing the Website and are not used to identify Users.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS
