a. Through information entered by the User into the contact form available on the Service. Providing data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent receiving a response to the inquiry submitted in the form.

For what purposes and on what basis do we process data?
a. Data provided to the Administrator via the contact form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the form, i.e. to respond to the inquiry sent. Contact with the User will take place by phone or e-mail. The legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – communication with Users.
b. Data stored in cookies is processed for:-
Statistical purposes, i.e. creating statistics to help understand how Users use the Service. The legal basis is the necessity of processing for the legitimate interest of the Administrator – improving the structure and content of the Service.

How long do we process personal data?

What rights does the User have?
a. Right of access to personal data.

The Administrator does not carry out profiling in the Service that could result in decisions producing legal effects conce ing Users or significantly affecting them.

The Administrator uses services of entities supporting its activities, including:
a. Hosting provider.
b. Providers of online tools used for marketing or analytical purposes, in particular Google*.-
As a result, the User’s personal data may also be processed by entities outside the European Union. An adequate level of protection is ensured by the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, as referred to in Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR.

4. SERVER LOGS
