Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of personnel records (personnel files, contracts, addenda, labor certificates, etc.).
  • Conducting processes related to hiring, firing and changes in working conditions
  • Payroll.
  • Preparation of official letters to external institutions.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of labor and social security laws.
  • Knowledge of the Payer program.
  • Knowledge of PCKP’s HR and payroll program is welcome.
  • Experience in a similar HR and payroll related position.
  • Self-reliance, very good work organization, conscientiousness and accuracy.
