Responsibilities
- Maintenance of personnel records (personnel files, contracts, addenda, labor certificates, etc.).
- Conducting processes related to hiring, firing and changes in working conditions
- Payroll.
- Preparation of official letters to external institutions.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of labor and social security laws.
- Knowledge of the Payer program.
- Knowledge of PCKP’s HR and payroll program is welcome.
- Experience in a similar HR and payroll related position.
- Self-reliance, very good work organization, conscientiousness and accuracy.
