The method for calculating the width of the passive leaf:
The width of the passive leaf is calculated by subtracting, from the width of the hole in the wall, the width of the mounting opening for the active door and 9 mm for the masking strip located between the active and the passive leaf.
Example:
Hole in the wall is 1400 mm
- - (minus) 1021 mm | width of the mounting hole for 55mm thick doors on the FD-25/21/B frame in size 90E
- - (minus) 9 mm | masking strip
- = 370 mm | width of the passive leaf
