“25 years of passion for creation” – with this slogan Stalprodukt – Zamosc Sp. z o.o. begins 2022 – the company’s 25th anniversary year. However, the history of the Zamość plant is much longer. A member of the Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed Stalprodukt SA Capital Group – the largest Polish manufacturer and exporter of highly processed steel products – Stalprodukt – Zamość was established in 1997 on the basis of the assets of the bankrupt Metalplast – Zamość Building Equipment Factory. In addition to the material values taken over after the closed plant, the heart of the newly formed Company was the employees who decided to continue their professional activity permanently tying themselves to the address at 86 Kilińskiego Street, and when, after many years, they take their well-deserved retirement, they can boast of seniority in both companies often amounting to more than four decades. It is the commitment, knowledge and experience of the employees as well as the technological potential, investments made in the expansion of the plant’s infrastructure and the innovativeness of the solutions applied that have caused the plant’s successive branches of production to grow over these past twenty-five years. And so to the wholesale of steel products and the production of frames, which were the object of the company’s activity in the initial period of its operation in 2004, the production of steel doors was added, in 2010 the offer was expanded with garage doors and in 2012 – aluminum structures. As a result, Stalprodukt – Zamosc is today a leading manufacturer, not lagging behind the leaders of the woodwork industry in Poland.

Exterior doors manufactured at the plant are available in three thicknesses: 101 mm, 72 mm and 55 mm., filled with polyurethane foam or foamed polystyrene (styrofoam), on a steel, steel-wood or aluminum frame, as well as 40 mm thick technical doors are a guarantee of durability, functionality and comfort of use. Doors from Stalprodukt – Zamosc are not only beautiful and energy-efficient, but also durable and easy to maintain and clean, so they will maintain a pristine appearance for years. Exterior doors of 55 and 72 mm in thickness are also available in a double-leaf version in which both movable wings open our house wider to the world, as well as one with fanlights that beautifully brighten the interior of the house. Doors from the MASTERTHERM line with a thickness of 101 mm are a unique product achieving a heat transfer coefficient Ud as low as 0.63 W(m2K). For those who value security above all else, doors with increased burglary resistance RC2, RC3 and even RC4 are prepared, and for lovers of peace and quiet – acoustic doors reaching Rw of up to 47dB. In the current 2022, the available range will be joined by another proposition – a new door with a new energy-saving door frame that fully meets the modern requirements of thermal insulation.
