What is the Clean Air program all about?
Back to guideThe Clean Air Program is a government initiative whose main goal is to combat smog emitted by improper heating of residential buildings. The government financially supports investments in replacing old stoves and insulating single-family homes. The project was launched on September 19, 2019, and is expected to last 10 years. Owners or co-owners of single-family or detached (with land register) buildings can apply for the subsidy. What issues does the Clean Air program cover?
Clean Air funding – what does it cover?
The government’s Clean Air program covers more than just replacing old stoves with new ones that meet current environmental standards. While this is a very important element when it comes to air pollution, insulating the house itself consists of many other variables. When applying for a grant from the program, we can also support investments in new windows and doors (including installation costs), mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, photovoltaics, hot water and central heating systems. To apply for a grant, log on to the gov.pl website and download an application form from the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. After filling it out, send it back to the Beneficiary Portal website and wait for it to be processed.
Replacement of doors and windows in the Clean Air Program
The Clean Air Program includes subsidies for replacing doors and windows. However, we can not choose any products – in this case, it is necessary to suggest the technical requirements set by the program. Doors and windows must ensure airtightness and thermal insulation, which, with the installation of new ducts and heating source, will be able to keep the heat inside the apartment. On our website you will find a catalog, in which we present compatible with the government program Clean Air doors.
Door parameters in the Clean Air program
Doors complying with the Clean Air program are bestsellers of StalProdukt Zamosc. In the catalog you will find products such as Mastertherm, whose main advantage is its thickness. The dimension is 101 mm, rarely found on the Polish market. The said door with a heat coefficient between 0.63-0.76 is filled with polyurethane foam. This is an excellent thermal insulator for an energy-efficient home. Other products included in the requirements of the Clean Air program include 85 Premium Plus and H Plus, 85 Standard or 72 Premium Plus (the numbers indicate the thickness of the door). The rich assortment allows you to choose a door that is aesthetically pleasing and matches your home, with parameters that allow you to seal the interior and keep the heat inside.
